I quit doing lineart a few months ago because my scanner stopped working... actually, I was glad to quit, because my lineart was always terrible. This IS lineart - but done in Photoshop, with a tablet, over a Photoshop sketch. I'm so pleased with the quality that I might start doing lineart again.
Cheap and shabby CG job w/o background - but I wanted to get this posted before I go back to work tomorrow. Might return to it later and do the big cel-shading thing.
I like Link's expression here. And your line art is good, very sharp and such. I'm having some issues with his sword arm - something about it doesn't seem quite right - but overall it's well crafted.
*singing*Link! He come to town! To save, the princess Zelda!!
Okay, ignore that. As someone who has a hard time making a straight line with a mouse on photoshop, I must say you did a good job! Particularily the face and hair on older Link.
aww thats so cute and loved the way the expressions turned out there

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Polyamory? What, Like Two Girlfriends?
deviantART enables sexism and homophobia.

Older Link's body looks a little strange, but no biggie.
I'd love to see how you'll shade this.
